Changes in approved projects

The approval of changes in budget, partnership, time-schedule in approved projects is done by the SC via written procedure. The present standard form has to be sent as official request to the JTS together with the reworked Application form, the new LoCs and the changes in the Partnership Agreement.

Guidelines on Common Transnational Activities

Please be aware that this paper is relevant only for the projects that implement CTAs and therefore indicated these in their application forms. CTAs are defined as those activities that are implemented by one PP on behalf of the partnership. The costs arising from those activites are shared among the partners (therefore the implementing partner asks for reimbursement of a part of the costs). Please be aware that this guideline is only valid if the implementing PP is situated in an EU Member State. It is not yet clarified if costs arisen from CTAs implemented by PP coming from Non Member States are eligible (the European Commission is currently checking this).
